My complaint:
I have order food using the McDonald’s app. I could track my order via app however I received notification that my order has been received. I did not have any option to contact the delivery person as the order has been completed. I did call customer support number provided on the Uber eats app, and I was waiting for 15min to get connected with representative. They open an investigation and within 2 days I got an email, that they cannot proceed with my refund.
I choose option to meet at the door, I have left my contact number with instruction for driver, how to find my house.
Suggested solution:
I woul like my refund. I had to place another order using just eat app.
