My complaint:
contacted uber eats support to cancel my membership on the second day. and the agent said that he did process the refund and it’s going to take 3-5 business days to see it in my bank account. its been a month now and the refund still is not issued. And my uber one benefits were stopped the day i requested a refund. tried to contact ubereats support about the issue to resolve it and spoke to different agents each time without any resolution. I am done being patient its been over a month each time is a different agent. Will provide all the screenshots of the charge and the message from the agent saying that they canceled the membership and processed the refund and i should receive it in 3-5 business days.
Suggested solution:
Process the refund as they said so. It's the only fair thing to do since my membership benefits were stopped the moment I asked to cancel it and get a refund.
