My complaint:
I have been to this specif restaurant twice. Driving all the way there last time after my order was accepted to see that restaurant was closed!
Uber eats did absolutely nothing and just said sorry!
This time I ordered and drive and they cancelled just before i arrived. Who is gonna pay for my petrol and time???
Absolutely horrible i do not have the option to contact anyone from ubereats regarding this latest order at all. Sooo angry that would love to take this to court if i coild.
Suggested solution:
Answer ti my complaints with a proper customer service not just an underpaid guy that doesn’t care.
Give compensation.
Remove the restaurant from the app for making all these troubles.
