My complaint:

I ordered on Jan 12. Got a text the order received, and several texts after that – last one was that Megan was on her way and that I would get an when it was delivered to my door. That was at 7:07 pm. I kept waiting for the , and never received one, and my worst fear was there had been an accident or some hold up wdelivery. At 7:47 pm, I looked outside, and the order was sitting on my porch – no , no knock at the door, nor was the doorbell rung. I filed a complaint wubereats, then at 3:30 am I was woken from my sleep with a text message from the same phone number that had been texting about my order. Totally unacceptable for everything regarding this order, and then contacting somebody at 3:30 – unbelievable!
Was a very chilly night and of course, the food was totally cold.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse something for such horrible service and dumb texts waking people in the wee hours of the nightmorning.
