My complaint:

I have been contacting uber in regard to the offer from Aeroplan for a uber pass since Feb 2022.
Uber representatives and supervisors were not able to solve the problem and always had to create a ticket to the technical team. One supervisor was nice enough to activate a 12-month uberpass again on my account but after a few days, it was removed from my account again. I tried to contact Uber again and they still could not do anything. Recently they finally told me that the technical team rejected the ticket because the Aeroplan Promo ended in Sept 2022 there so they cannot honor it.
I have asked for the direct number to contact the technical team myself but they said even they dont have a direct number to contact them. The uber supervisor had to email another person to put in the technical ticket for them. So there were no case number or ticket number that they can give me.

Now it’s been 8 months. Every time they said someone would call me back but never did.

Suggested solution:

They should honor my account for 12 months of UberOne pass (They changed the Uberpass to UberOne pass). or give credits to my account equivalent to 12 months of UberOne pass subscription.
