Uber Eats complaint: Very late order

My complaint:

Ordered food from Armstrongs at 4:25. Said it would arrive by 5pm.
Got new arrival time of 5:10 which constantly increased by 10 mins at a time. Driver appeared to keep changing direction and took a very indirect route. Messaged and rang him but no reply. Food appeared to have been in transit for over 50 mins. It finally arrived at 5:48
Then all became clear and I couldn’t believe my eyes! The driver was on an electric bike! Certainly answered one of the questions I asked him which was why he had not just come down the M60. Food was very cold – the peas and curry sauce had solidified. 4 meals had to be heated for 3 mins each in the microwave!
I can not tell you how disgusted we all are at your service this evening. I had been at the hospital all afternoon with my daughter and neither of us had eaten since 7am. So frustrating!
Why would anyone send a bike on a 2.1 mile journey with hot food and why did it take Al ost an hour and a half to arrive.

Suggested solution:

I expect a full refund at the very least.
