My complaint:
My daughter ordered her food she never got her food. She contacted Uber eats and the said the food was delivered. The picture he took show the food splattered in his vehicle not at my front door. My daughter called they said there is nothing they can do because she had too many refunds. Tell me how is that so when the picture uploaded is from the driver and you can clearly see the food was destroyed. They told her to rate the driver a zero . So not only does she not get her food she can’t get the money she paid for it with the proof delivered by their driver. So disgusted that’s why I told her I don’t user Uber not for transportation or food delivery.
Suggested solution:
By returning her money the proof is in the pudding in this case in the picture showing the food all over the drivers car
