My complaint:
We ordered at Carolina fish fry at 6 pm, delivery for 7:15, then went to 7:45, then 8:40!!!!!
Finally got the driver to respond and she said sorry but her baby was sick. Why couldn’t another driver be contacted to deliver? This is just poor service, poor employees and poor management. And I’d really like my money back!
Suggested solution:
Refund a meal I never got including 20% tip the driver sure a heck doesn’t get! Offer a free meal
