My complaint:
My complaint starts I made a order on Uber eats on the Friday just past. The driver picked up my order and 20 minutes later Uber said due to an issue with the driver’s car he could not make it to my address. So this order has been cancelled the payment was pending in my bank. I contacted Uber who said the payment would not be taken out as the order was cancelled by the driver. I was told to wait from Uber and keep checking that the payment did not come out. Well on checking my account the payment has come out of my account to Uber eats. I have contacted them with the proof of what I was told from Uber eats to wait and today I was told I would get no refund for food I paid for that never came. Because it’s been over 48 hours I have contacted them since the Friday then the Sunday and money now Tuesday so I have significantly been in contact with them in this 48 hours
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back they took for the issue they had with one of there drivers this is not my fault and they have took money of me with no order received
