Uber Eats complaint: Not getting a refund for food that I’ve not received.

My complaint:

There has been multiple times now where I’ve ordered food and not got the full order and Uber eats refuse to refund me for the missing items!

Suggested solution:

I want refunding for the amounts they owe for the food I've not received. There's been countless reports to them about this and they do not help and refund what's missing.

I have ordered food from UberEats and not got the order and also UberEats said they have not charged me but I contacted my bank and they explained that I have been charged and no money has been sent back to my account.
I have been trying and trying to contact UberEats and have falling on to dead ends…. What on earth is this??? UberEATS has dealt with this customer very unprofessionally and it is so upsetting and embarrassing as I ordered for guest visiting.
