My complaint:
Last friday i ordered food from my local takeaway. The discount applied but when i paid it took the full amount. I tried to cancel the order on the app but was unable to. I have been trying since friday to get this resolved but got nowhere with the online forum. Try to email support but get nounced back saying email monitored
Photo is what it should have cost as i went back on and put the same order on after i had paid so as to show the discount should have applied
