Uber Eats complaint: Uber eats refund do not exist

My complaint:

I called the store manager to my order was not made, and told me to cancel. I was charged for the full order as ubereats said the order was being made. So who gets the money? Does the store get it or does ubereats get it?
Pretty upset and won’t stop, as I keep talking to automated bots. Customer service lacks highly. I’m shocked why people even use this service. I an canceling my membership, my account, and anything associated to Uber.
To be honest I would have just kept the order if I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back. I waited a few days to contact as I was waiting for it to appear in my account. But I miss the cutoff for the refund. The state on the website for the best support contact with in 48 hours. Great I contacted within 49 and can’t get ahold of a person. Why is this a running business.
