My complaint:
I was charged twice for the same order which placed my account into overdraft so add another $35 to my order and then told I had to wait 10 days to get the second charge removed from my account – what about the overdraft fee? They said is was just something that happens at times. Well this is the second time and it will be the last. I will not use their service again.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money and overdraft now - not 10 days from now!
