My complaint:

I ordered from Marco’s pizza on UberEats. The order was delivered but an item was missing-brownies @ $9.59. I contacted UberEats and was told that the order was ineligible for a refund. I contacted by phone and was told that my account was restricted but no one could tell me why or how it could be unrestricted.
