My complaint:

On 12242020 I tried to place an order with Am Thai restaurant and was kicked out of the app. I tried again and the same thing happened. I proceeded to order from another restaurant and that was successful. The next day I noticed that I was charged twice for the two failed attempts. I contacted Uber eats to get my money back and was refunded for ONE order. It’s now 162021 and I’m still trying to get my refund. I’ve explained, I’ve sent screen shots of the two separate orders and still no refund. They’ve even had the audacity to ten me it’s been more than 48 hrs since the incident so they can’t do anything. I have multiple messages over the past two weeks of me trying to get my money back.
