My complaint:
Yesterday I requested food to be delivered, and they told me it had been delivered. But they must have gone to a wrong address because I NEVER got my food or a refund. They will not let me get a hold of a living person, I tried several phone numbers, nothing. Very frustrating and I sure will not use Uber Eats EVER again. I need my $12 refund and need to cancel any other orders I have with them

Speaking with a real person would be nice, I would like a total refund
