My complaint:
Hi,
I would like to raise a complaint with the uber eats customer service team. I have had a bad experience trying to get a refund for 1 item in one of my orders when it was restaurant negligence and I received an incorrect order.
I have proof of the chat with the customer service also; I am hugely disappointed at the support I received as I was asked for proof regarding incorrect items which I sent and was valid but this was totally ignored and I was not provided a refund.
