My complaint:
Hi there. I’d like to bring to light, the scam I am having through Uber eats app. Last couple of times, when my order wasn’t satisfactory (1st time, the entire coffee spilled, photos sent to Uber. 2nd time, ordered cinnamon bun, and never received it. Filed a complaint, sent the photos too). The app automatically states, the order is not eligible for a refund. I don’t have the option to phone them. In-app support sucks. This company is fraud, and is just minting money.
Suggested solution:
Firstly, I need a proper apology for wasting my time, energy and effort. Their support is more than pathetic. Nothing in the app helps you. I need my money back, whatever I have spent and the uninvited stress that the app has caused
