My complaint:
I ordered McDonald’s on 11272021. I got two of the cheese burgers meal. Well, we got our order and two of the cheese burgers were missing. I should have filed a complaint that night but we were both exhausted from non stop work since the day after Thanksgiving. I finally got a day off and decided to finally file my complaint (11302021). Only a couple of days. Not a week, not weeks… a couple of days. Uber eats Customer Support said it’s outside of their complaints window. So this company gets to keep hard working people’s money. I’m taking my business to Door Dash. A great company with extremely reasonable delivery fees. Not 14 dollars after midnight.
Suggested solution:
It was almost 25 dollars for this! 25 dollars and we were missing 2 of the main meal items. I don't expect the meal refunded but at least refund the cheese burgers and some of the ridiculous delivery fee.
