My complaint:
while contacting support staff i was informed i needed to talk to a supervisor Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm.. when i called to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold then the call was disconnected. I am trying to inform the payment department that i have changed my debit card and i need to report my new card number. I am due to be paid on Tuesday November 2222 so it is important that this information be accepted in order for my pay to be properly processed.
Suggested solution:
Have a supervisor speak to me directly so i can report the changes mentioned above and prevent a delay in me receiving the monies due to me.
