My complaint:
Hi, I have contacted UberEats support politely several times regarding the raw food order I received from Smokes Poutine. The bacon in the order was extremely raw and made me sick. I told this to the support team and they said this doesn’t count as “bad food qualitydamage” then they said I have too many refunds on my account. I haven’t even asked for support in months and I’ve been ordering hundreds of dollars worth of food from my ubereats pass each week, all year.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my order. Credits or original payment method
