Uber Eats complaint: Order not delivered and money was already paid

My complaint:

I ordered food on the 08th of September 2022. Unfortunately I paid and never received the order. I ordered Spur takeaways that costed R1029. 30. The time of the order was around 8pm. The contact numbers of the driver is 0872406968 which he blocked my number from contacting him.
