My complaint:
I was sent an email to say that I would get £10 off a £20 spend until Thursday 19th May. When I tried to put the code in (TREATMAY10) it said that it had already been applied. When I placed my order there was no reduction in the total price and the full amount has been taken from my bank account.
Suggested solution:
I would like a £10 refund please.
