My complaint:
Hi,
You’ve sent me and my partner this offer for £10 off your next 5 orders, tonight is the 3rd attempt we’ve made to use this discount code, and when we placed an order on the weekend at one of the supposed selected restaurants, it didn’t work and we had to go and collect to make it cheap enough, and we’ve again tried to use it tonight, and again, not working!
