My complaint:
So we ordered our kids a McDonald’s, the driver got assigned then next thing it’s assigning a new driver, 4 times this happened and it was about an hour later. I asked them to cancel it as we clearly weren’t going to get hot food. Or get it any time soon. I cancelled the order after the 4th driver doing that and was advised I’d only be refunded £2 and they were still paying McDonald’s £10. They’re a multimillion company that makes millions and we’re a small family trying to treat the kids and end up £10 with no food for the kids. Uber has basically said sorry but nothing we can do about it.
