Uber Eats complaint: Raw food.

My complaint:

I was sent an order that contained raw food, I had sent them a report telling them this. The only thing I got back from them is “unfortunately we cannot do anything about the temperature of your food”. It wasn’t cooked!! If it arrived cold and cooked I wouldn’t have minded so much but RAW FOOD cannot be eaten. Completely ridiculous customer service. Didn’t get so much as an apology!

Suggested solution:

One, apologise and two, refund. I won’t be ordering from them again. RUDE response.
