My complaint:
Uber eats regularly sends out a promo code every Wednesday. Only occasionally does it work. The last time it didn’t work I wrote a complaint to Uber eats. I was asked to send screenshots of the promo code which stated 15CHF off orders over 40CHF. My bill came to 102CHF. They sent me the following response:
“It seems this promo code is only eligible for specific countries, and will only apply for orders placed in those countries. As a result, we can’t adjust the amount of this order.
Thanks for your understanding.

This shows that they did not look at the screenshots provided and did not take the complaint seriously.
Suggested solution:
The advertised promo code must be applied and a 15 CHF refund given on the last order.
