Uber Eats complaint: extended delivery time

My complaint:

I placed an order from Uber Eats and once the driver picked the food up from the restaurant, I saw where he had to make a delivery somewhere else before dropping off my food. It sent him 30 minutes out of the way when my house is 4 minutes from the restaurant. I have a screenshot of this redirection. By the time the food was delivered, it was all cold and soggy. I just had to throw $40 of food in the garbage. I want to express how displeased I am with combining deliveries to “keep prices low”. I just lost $40 of food because of this now have to go buy food still to eat. How is that helping me save money? I want this order refunded or I simply won’t use uber eats anymore.

Suggested solution:

refund entire purchase since I wasn't able to eat it due to long delivery time because of combination delivery

discounts for future orders to give me some incentive to use uber eats again instead of the multiple other services
