My complaint:
Basically, lately.. my order keeps being messed up, so like any normal person would do, you’d complain.. get a refund if you haven’t received something.. but because I’ve had that many wrong orders lately, I’ve been refused a refund twice and the amounts are getting bigger too.. and I’m just being told that it’s been discussed and there’s nothing they can do but to give “fair support” to all customers, yet it’s the stupid automated thing sending me these messages.. like???
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund, what’s rightfully mine lol.
