My complaint:

I contacted the help line and spoke to 5 different colleagues who said stated they couldn’t help me with my order even though it had been 2 hours after placing the order and the time frame had passed . No one helped me and I am still waiting 2 almost 3 hours after

I need a refund for my order which never arrived and to escalate a complaint:
