My complaint:
I placed an order with Mac Donald’s back in August but the food did not arrive. I managed to get through to someone on the phone (eventually) who gave me a refund. I ordered some food on 24th January and I paid on Apple Pay for what I thought was my order for that day but it turns out they charged me for the food I ordered in August (again). I went on the app proved I didn’t owe so rather than refund me they’re just ignoring me.

I want a refund
