My complaint:

I placed an order today around 1.40 PM it was given arrival time of 2.05 PM this time went by and a lot more, i tried to contact the restaurant id ordered from on the site only to find out that it doesnt actually exist, the contact number that was meant to be for a bolton store was for a pizza place in Cannock 55.5 miles away from me.
I tried to get help through uber but didnt get anywhere at all, my order is still pending on my account at the moment 3 hours after placing it. I looked up the store itself and there was no trace of it either.
There is also no receipt despite me placing an order, but its registered as me putting it in on the 1st jan 1970 even though today is actually 03072022

Suggested solution:

Remove the order off my account and refund the debited amount back to me.
