Uber Eats complaint: Delivery delayed and food soggy

My complaint:

I ordered breakfast at 1030, BE71F i was being a shown a delivery at 11-ish twice the delivery driver declined the order and twice i seen the resturant preparing it
i tried calling the resturant to check on it but there was no reply on this order
ordered from South west road hounslow TW14 0PR
finally the order gets picked and gets delivered at 12ish
and i get a recipt hardcopy delivered, when i did not ask for it also i was checking for the original online receipt which doesnt show
if it was not possible i think the restaurant should have declined it so that i could order from elsewhere plus why give me a hard copy when i did not ask for and now i have to pay VAT as well
it was so stressful waiting for so long

Suggested solution:

refund please the entire amount inclusive of the delivery
this is totally not acceptable
