My complaint:

Order was put in for delivery of coffee order, did not arrive, we live in a tenement so would have needed to press buzzer, this did not happen. Delivery person apparently waited for 8 minutes and did not press buzzer. Did not reply to my message back on phone. Uber advised as this was a reasonable time they could not refund. I will not be using Uber Eats again.
