My complaint:
Our Nandos order arrived 1 hour late. I asked the delivery guy if the food would be hot. He said, yes, it’s hot. It was dead stone cold. As he drove off I confronted him and he gave a pathetic excuse about the restaurant being busy. Driver rego 194 ZXU. Smart-ass liar. It doesn’t take 1 hour to get food, idiot. It’s so cold it’s not even edible. A complete waste of money.
Suggested solution:
We want a full refund!!!! This is the second time it's happened from Nandos. And fire the lying scam driver. (load a photo as proof? Well, how do you present a photo of cold food?)
