My complaint:
I was sent the same promotion to my work email address over 20 times. I finally used it and it wasn’t accepted but ordered the food anyway as was with a friend. I would not have spent that much money had I known the promotion would not work. My account is linked to my personal email address and so I think they are not believing that it was me who received the promotion.
Suggested solution:
I would like the promotion applied and the discount paid back to me.
