Uber Eats complaint: order deliberately not received driver purposely disconnected

My complaint:

driver abduilai refused to deliver the order i sent for and paid for.regarless of his reasoning even if it was requested to do so by montefiore wakefield employees. i paid for my order.
also abdulat in a honda civic refused to and did not purposely deliver my ubwer eats order although he claimed to be here at the hospital.

security claimed they never saw Abdulai or his honda civic here at montefiore wakefield hospital;

disconnecting from me intentionally and cancelling my order

Suggested solution:

i should be fully reimbursed and for the distress and being ignorantly disconnected by Abdulai. i should also rendered a free replacement of the order originally ordered and paid for.

under free circumstances

security claimed they never saw Abdulai's honda civic

although he claimed he was here then that he was oddly confused as he stated
