My complaint:
Uber driver cancelled our order as they were sitting in our driveway. Contacted us to tell me to come downstairs, i advised i had a sick daughter (9months old) and I couldn’t come down can he please ring the buzzer and come upstairs (no other driver has an issue with this and i order uber as I couldn’t leave my unit) didn’t respond to my message and cancelled our order and drove off with the food. Contacted uber and they are refusing to refund our order.
