We placed an order on Uber Eats as my daughter wanted McDonald’s for her birthday! Unfortunately, we received someone else order and did not receive anything we asked for. The driver told
Is to dispute and after doing so, customer service (as they always do) said I am not eligible for a refund! I’ve sent them prof, contacted a few times and they are still saying the same thing.
