My complaint:

The Driver was 1 min away during delivery but never delivered. The tracking map was gone all of a sudden with no way to contact driver. On top of that I had struggle finding help for my order as it was showing delivered and my card was charged. It didn’t refund by itself which it should have but it just left the customer on their own. Another time there was missing item. There also issues with drivers canceling so many times. They charge so high for service fee and it takes so much time to receive the service now a days. The service has degraded
