My complaint:
Hi,
I am a driver with Uber Eats and I did 2 deliveries on Jan 4th and literally spent 2 hours on them for $16. It was not worth and I could have made way more if I didn’t accept them.
After I completed the deliveries, the deliveries didn’t show on my dashboard till now. The week is already over and I didn’t get paid for them.
I am talking tk support and they just keep on transferring me to the right department. I am not sure what to do. I checked on the Uber portal and I can see the deliveries are in processing state.
It’s not about $16 but about the way they are scamming other drivers as well and they can get away with this awful support.
Please help out to bring this issue to them.
Suggested solution:
They should pay whatever I deserve.
