My complaint:
I placed a scheduled order for this morning 105. I had a $25 gift card that was charged and my Paypal was charged $19.83 at 7:44 am. My first of 2 calls this morning told me to wait until the restaurant opened for them to the order. Then I would be able to see the order. At 12:15 pm est. I called the restaurant and they didn’t have a record of the order. The last call to Uber Eats customer service and talking to 2 different people. I was told there is nothing they can do. That is really unacceptable. They have my gift card balance and the $19.83 Paypal. I just want both refunded ASAP. Please advise. Thanks
