My complaint:
Order mc Donald’s breakfast it arrive 39 mins late from expected delivery time when it arrived it was stone cold and unedible I complained on there help page in which the response was in short terms we find delivery time to acceptable but I explained the food was cold and requested a refund I even offered to return the food to the store it was ordered from but had automated message refusing to refund for something that i wouldn’t feed Tommy dog

Refund me for the poor service and food
