My complaint:
I placed an order and realised l did not choice the card payment option. I even sent the driver a message asking him to bring the speed point and he said they dont bring it. I made a plan and got the money for my order which was R 146.81. I gave the driver cash which was R150.00 A few minutes later l see a notification from my bank saying money was deducted from my account.
How is that possible.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money l refuse to pay almost 300rand on burger.
