My complaint:
I ordered an £85 order from Five Guys this afternoon. My delivery driver did not deliver my order!! I tried to call him twice and both times he hung up on my!
I called Five Guys and they said that he had collected the order by he didn’t deliver, I’m fuming
I’ve sent messages and complaints via the app but no one has bothered replying. This order was meant to be for my daughters birthday!!
I tried to call the driver to find where my order was and he hung up on both occasions
My order was £85 and he didn’t deliver

I was trying to trace order and I even telephoned the food company
I called the driver to locate him and he kept hanging up
After waiting I called the driver to see where he was. He has very poor English and I struggled to under stand what he was actually saying. Everytime I called him he hung up on me.
I have 4 adults who are witnesses and I will take this further.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back and they keep refusing.
I want a refund and an apology for basically calling me a liar.
