Uber Eats complaint: Uber eats driver lied!!

My complaint:

I ordered KFC through Uber eats. I received a message saying my order had been collected and was on its way to me. I sent a message to the Uber driver explaining my doorbell does not work and asked him to knock loudly but that my window was open and i wasn’t looking out for the driver. I got a reply from the driver saying ‘ ok got it’. At 13.15 pm my order had not arrived and checked in the Uber app and saw that not only had my order been cancelled, but I would not be getting a refund or credit as the driver said that he had waitied around for 7 minutes trying to contact me and he couldnt find my location. That is not my fault if he could not find my location as no other drivers had this problem. Also I have no text message or missed call s

Suggested solution:

Firstly I want to know why I am being blamed for the driver not finding my location when no other driver had that problem I don't believe that someone would sit around for 7 minutes instead of trying to find my house . I want a full refund and a free KFC for compensation
