My complaint:

I placed an order using my UberEats app but it arrived the I only had chicken parmesan with no pasta. I notified Uber Eats and even sent a picture of my order and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience but ne refund will be issued because they recently gave me a refund for another delivery in which I ordered fish, shrimp and wings and received fish, shrimp and fries no wings. The store owner and the delivery driver are suppose to check the order for accuracy prior to it leaving the store. Uber is making me pay for something I did not receive
