My complaint:
I placed an order with Uber Eats, i put in my correct address, phone number etc. I received a notification saying my order had arrived, but it hadn’t. I phoned the courier, who stated he’d delivered it to number 7, my address is number 9! I then contacted the courier, who’s response was that he’ll see if the place he delivered it to had opened it or not and then he’ll bring it to me. I think that’s not how a customer should be treated. I’ve paid for my Uber Eats delivery, yet someone else has received it. I didn’t even get an apology on the phone, and nothing has been discussed yet about what happens if he can’t get my food back from the address he wrongly went to.
Suggested solution:
I believe I should be entitled to some form of apology at least. Plus a full refund for the inconvenience that’s been caused.
