My complaint:

Today On 101621 Saturday afternoon, I placed a delivery order with 711 Delivery. My Driver called me upon arrival at approximately 4:25Pm . It took me NO LONGER Then 2 minutes to grab my shopping cart get on elevator to make my way downstairs to the front entrance. While on the elevator driver called me back RUSHING ME TELLING ME TO HURRY UP. I explained to the driver I’m only one person, I had to wait for the elevator, I would be down in one second. Driver got upset told me he has other deliveries, which is Totally Understandable but Jesus Christ, you just notified me to come down not more then 1 minute ago, I’am not superwomen. . When I Did arrive downstairs, I Stood there for 2 minutes looking around trying to spot the driver. DRIVER WAS NOT IN THE RIGHT LOCATION, He had the nerve to get upset with me because he was not In the right spot, which was supposed to be the front entrance of my building but instead he was on the side of my building. when I Did make my way to the side of the building I Noticed driver was very aggravated, He started shouting telling me he does not have all day to wait on me, He has things to do. I Looked at the driver confused, I Advised the driver If this is his regular behavior towards customers this would be the wrong job for him. If anyone should be upset I should Be upset. You rushed Me, You had No patients at all. Driver cursed me out, told me I Looked like a Bum, he called me Balled headed as well as a Black Bth. I got upset and exchanged words also. This man Literally stood on the side of my building continuously arguing back and forth with me and verbally abusing me and RACIALLY PROFILING ME for about 5 minutes straight. I have never in all my years of living, have I ever been disrespected and called out of my name. A “BLACK BTh ???” As a Delivery driver his Behavior was totally UNACCEPTABLE AND UNEXCUSABLE! I have camera’s in my building that can provide proof of what happened.I’am working on getting the footage as we speak, Also I was on the phone the entire time with a Co-worker who can also vouch for this entire event that took place. I ORDER ALL THE TIME I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER HAD THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. I’am very respectable have Respect for others who have respect for me. I’AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL I’am LOOKING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. DRIVER NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SUCH DISGUSTING ACTIONS! DRIVER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
