Uber Eats complaint: MISSING ITEMS DRIVER AND UBER EATS AT FAULT

My complaint:

I have contacted Uber eats support and I’m getting nothing but automated message after automated message. I have tried to call both Uber eats numbers and I’m being cut off because apparently Uber eats is only dealing with ongoing orders. I have even gone out of my way to contact Uber on Facebook messenger. This has really hurt me, negatively impacted my mental health and made me extremely angry. I suffer with multiple conditions and as an Uber one member, let alone a customer of Uber eats- I have been severely let down. I couldn’t get through to the restaurant after multiple contact attempts, so I send an email. I have been talking with Emily, who is an assistant manager at the restaurant in Coseley. She has sent me an email back saying that the Uber eats driver disgustingly helped himself to the order- it’s all on CCTV and didn’t stick around for the third bag. This means I got less than £5 worth of food after paying over £15 plus a £2.50 fee with zilch. This is unacceptable. IT IS NOT OKAY. I want my refund or Uber credit immediately.

Suggested solution:

Either give me account credit or a full refund. At this point, I will no longer be using Uber eats after this atrocious behaviour and lack of actual support. They may as well not have delivered the item at all, as all I got was a happy meal and a muffin. I would like refunding for THEIR driver's fault of the following items: 1 cookie, 2 mini cookie crumble mcflurries, 2 mini caramel mcflurries, 1 mini oreo mcflurry and 1 large fruit punch iced drink. Thank you.
